When a user submits a form built with Contact Form 7, Pathmetrics automatically adds the tracked touchpoints from their journey, including:
Channel used to visit the website (per session)
Pages visited and time spent per session
Time spent on each page
Time gaps between visits (if applicable)
This touchpoint data is then appended to the bottom of the standard Contact Form 7 notification email. You don’t need to manually edit your form templates or email settings, it happens automatically once Pathmetrics is active and tracking.
